About

A Nordic perspective on
industrial change

I work at the intersection of industrial operations and digital transformation. As Head of Growth at Gate Apps, a Finnish PTW and Control of Work platform trusted by dozens of global industrial leaders, I work daily with the realities of how organizations buy, implement, and operate digital work permit and HSE platforms.

Finland has a long tradition in process industry, safety-critical operations, and pragmatic engineering culture. That background shapes how I approach advisory work: direct, process-first, and without agenda. This includes direct experience working with industrial organizations internationally.

With over 15 years across industrial software, operations and business development, I spent over a decade in entrepreneurship, SaaS product development, and independent consulting across construction, energy, and industrial sectors in Europe. The advisory practice is built on what I see consistently in the field: organizations making technology decisions before they understand their own processes. I help fix that.
